We're excited to share the next Grounds for Support gathering - formerly known as Coffee with Caregivers - happening Saturday, April 11 at 9:30 a.m. at The Arc in Gulfport!
This quarter's session features a special presentation from Mississippi Parent
Training and Information Center (MSPTI) on IEPs, advocacy, and practical tools for navigating the special education process.
Leslie Junkin, Project Director of MSPTI, will walk families through:
• How to prepare for IEP meetings
• How to communicate effectively with school teams
