TABLESCAPES is a creative benefit for the Center for Pregnancy Choices of Meridian that will be held in the fellowship hall of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church on Saturday, February 10th from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Tickets for the event are available at the CPC of Meridian office for $25.00 each.
WHAT IS TABLESCAPES?
Each table hostess is responsible for “tablescaping” or decorating their space to a theme of their choice. This has been a popular dining choice in the past as the different looking tables are attractive, conversation starters as everyone gets acquainted throughout the event. An envelope will be provided at each table for a special donation that will be taken up. (Prizes are involved!)
The goal for this event is to increase awareness for the ministry, and increase recurring financial support to aid the center as they move into their new headquarters this spring to: 1000 20th Ave Meridian, MS 39301
The church will be open the day before, from 4:00 pm - 7:00pm, to allow the hostess to decorate their table.
WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED?
The church will provide the meeting space, plastic table cloth, and a 5ft round table that seats eight guests. A light lunch will be served along with a message presented by a special guest speaker. Specials prizes will be awarded to hostesses for “Voter’s Choice” and “Largest Impact Donation”!
WHAT DO HOSTESSES NEED TO PROVIDE?
Each table hostess will need to provide dinner plates (fine china, casual, or melamine), beverage glassware, napkins (cloth or paper), cutlery, centerpiece and/or other decor she chooses. You may bring a tablecloth, placemats, napkins rings, salt and pepper shakers and any other items you choose to provide for your table and theme. *Flameless candles and latex-free products are preferred due to safety.
WHAT IF MY GROUP NEEDS MORE OR LESS THAN ONE FULL TABLE?
Since each table seats eight people, we are prepared to fill in open seating until all spaces are full. This will add to the women’s ministry networking piece of the event.
If you need additional or fewer tickets for your group, let us know! Your extra guests will be seated as close to you as possible.

Call or text the Center office at 601.616.9610 for information about tickets or contact the Center Director, Sara Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for ticket sales is Friday, January 26th, 4:30 pm.
Tickets can be purchased in-person at the CPC office located at
2401 9th St. Meridian, MS 39301. Checks can be made out to “CPC of Meridian”.
