About the event
Success Programs are a weeklong immersive programs for select Mississippi high school juniors and seniors that provide them with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from celebrities and seasoned industry professionals how to navigate their chosen creative industry. Through private and public funding, The MAX offers these programs at no cost to the students, regardless of socioeconomic background.
Write for Success will take place July 11th through July 15th. The program will introduce students to professional mentors who provide invaluable insight into the writing/literature industry. Instruction includes not only improved writing skill and technique, but also professional practices and character building and discussions of various jobs available within the industry.
